You'll receive your rental agreement within 24 hours of booking confirmation. A direct link to your invoice and outstanding balance will be included in our followup email.

Online credit card at checkout, or by Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, or Cash. The deposit and balance can both be paid through any of these methods.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before your event forfeit the 25% deposit. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit 100% of the rental fee. In cases of severe or unsafe weather, we'll work with you on rescheduling. Full details live in our Terms & Conditions.

Yes, throughout Indianapolis and surrounding areas. The delivery charge is based on mileage from our storage location and is quoted up front before you book.

Chairs, tables, and smaller pieces can be picked up from our Indianapolis storage by appointment. Flower walls, arches, and drapery are delivery only because of size and the styling involved.

Pickups happen within a 15 minute window of the scheduled time. If a third party is picking up for you, send us their name and phone number in advance.

We deliver every rental. Setup is included for flower walls, arches, and pipe and drape. Once assembled, these pieces cannot be moved from their setup location without an additional fee.

Standard rentals (chairs, tables, smaller decor) are delivered ready to use, not assembled at the site. Breakdown is available for an additional fee on all rentals.

Yes. Mix and match any items from our catalog to build a package that fits your event. Individual pieces (flower walls, arches, signs) aren't customized themselves, but you have full control over what to include in your rental.

Let us know right away. Depending on the extent of the damage, we'll bill the cost of repair or replacement. Normal wear is expected and never charged.

For outdoor events, please have a weather contingency plan. You're responsible for protecting rentals from rain, wind, and excessive moisture. In severe weather, we may adjust delivery or pickup times to keep our team and your items safe.
